2.1 QuickBooks Online Financial Data
When you authorize the Application to connect to your QuickBooks Online account(s), we may access and process the following categories of data:
- Profit & Loss statements and financial reports
- Balance Sheet data, including assets, liabilities, and equity
- Cash Flow statements and transaction records
- Company information including business name, address, and fiscal year settings
- Account balances and chart of accounts
- Invoice, expense, and vendor data
2.2 Authentication Data
To connect to QuickBooks Online, the Application uses OAuth 2.0 authentication tokens issued by Intuit. These tokens include access tokens, refresh tokens, and Company Realm IDs. These are stored securely and used only to facilitate authorized API access.
2.3 Contact and Inquiry Data
When you submit an inquiry through our website contact form, we collect your name, email address, company name, and the information you provide in your message. This data is used solely to respond to your inquiry.
2.4 Website Usage Data
Our website does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics tools. We do not collect personal browsing data, device fingerprints, or behavioral profiles.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information collected exclusively for the following purposes:
- Generating consolidated financial reports and analysis across multiple business entities
- Supporting tax planning, estate planning, and financial decision-making for authorized users

5. Data Storage and Security
OAuth tokens are stored locally on secure, access-controlled devices used by authorized personnel only. We implement the following security measures:
- OAuth tokens are stored in access-controlled local files
- No QuickBooks financial data is stored in cloud services, shared drives, or third-party databases
- Access to the Application is limited to authorized individuals
- Financial data is not transmitted over unsecured connections
While we take reasonable precautions to protect your data, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.
6. Data Retention
Financial data accessed through the Application is used in real time for analysis and reporting purposes. We do not maintain a persistent database of QuickBooks financial records beyond what is temporarily cached during an active session.
OAuth tokens are retained locally only as long as necessary to maintain authorized access and are revocable at any time through your Intuit account settings.
7. Your Rights and Controls
You may, at any time:
- Revoke the Application's access to your QuickBooks Online account via your Intuit Account settings
- Request deletion of any locally stored tokens or cached data
- Request information about what data has been accessed on your behalf
8. Intuit Platform Compliance
This Application is built on the Intuit Developer Platform and complies with Intuit's Developer Agreement, API License Agreement, and applicable data handling requirements. Use of QuickBooks Online data is also governed by Intuit's own Privacy Policy, available at intuit.com/privacy/statement.
9. Children's Privacy
Our services and Application are intended solely for use by business professionals and authorized personnel. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under the age of 13.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
